From a new account to useful financial reports.

Follow the workflow cards below while using Ajmal Flow. Each card shows what to do first, what comes next and what you should verify.

2 · MASTER DATA
Chart of accountsCustomersSuppliersItems

Prepare the business

Review accounts first. Add customers and suppliers, then create the items and other master data needed by your normal transactions. Avoid duplicates.

3 · DAILY WORK
SalePurchaseReceiptPayment

Record the business event

Use the workflow that matches the real event. A sale belongs in sales/POS; purchasing belongs in purchasing; collections and settlements belong in their payment workflows.

4 · VERIFY

Follow it into the books

Check the relevant customer/supplier balance and stock effect, then inspect ledger and trial balance before relying on financial statements.

WORKFLOW EXAMPLES

Test one complete chain at a time.

Sale → collection

Customer + item → sale → customer balance → receipt → updated receivable → ledger → reports.

Purchase → settlement

Supplier + item → purchase workflow → payable/stock effect → supplier payment → updated balance → ledger.

Inventory check

Item setup → purchase/receipt → sale → stock movement → valuation-related view. Investigate differences at the source transaction.

Period review

Source transactions → subledgers → general ledger → trial balance → P&L / balance sheet / cash flow.
